I'm not sure if that's true, but it's my opinion how it could be. Maybe he got killed by some heretic Space Marines and maybe the same happened to Avitus and Thaddeus. If it's the Chaos ending, the Commander disappeared, because he became a Chaos Lord at the end of the game. I guess at first we would have to find out which is the ,true" end of Chaos Rising. These are all the questiosn i can think of at the moment if any one can answer any of my questions please do. in Chaos rising he was a traitor and you had to hunt him down and kil him, so why is he alive and helping Gabriel Angelos. First of all i want to know that happened to the commander you played as in the previous DOW games? and what of his squad i know Tarkus and Cyrus are in the game but what happend to avitus, Davian Thule, Thadeuss and what happend to the commander himself? it never tells you or i missed it and also near the end game of the Space marine story Jonah Orion is alive. There are a couple things that i really want to know about the story which the game either did'nt explain or i missed it.
